Equipments available in-house

Laminator		For lamination / pasting of green web with foam.
Slitter		To slit laminated jumbos into slices
Guillotine Cutters		Large slices are cut into small sizes as per client requirement.
Groovers		For Nail saver side grooving.
Cross cutters		For Nail saver cross cutting
Flow packs		Multiple flow packs available to pack the final product.
Spiral making		For spiral ball making. Capacity is around 35 tons per month.
Blister machines		To blister pack spiral balls in paper packaging.
